Conchita  Mauro

Global Customer Experience Manager

 

Conchita comes from an extensive background in Customer Experience. She worked in Google fulfilling a variety of roles including Community Manager and Blog Editor for Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

More recently, she was the Project and Support Manager for Google Play coordinating launches in 50+ countries and managing the international support operations across 13 languages.

She joined our vibrant team in London where she is thrilled to be part of our growing project and build our support operations from the ground up!

Taylor Xu

Customer Experience Specialist

 

Taylor comes from a background of engineering and analytics. Most recently she worked as a Brand Ambassador for NexChange, a professional social network for the financial service industry, where she worked in a team of young talents on-campus, reporting back on trends, new opportunities alongside managing and marketing performance to maximise its effectiveness and optimise return on investment.

She is passionate about technology and startups and enjoys working with clients to ensure they get the most out of the Adthena tool.


 

Stephanie Buchs

Customer Experience Specialist (Intern)

 

Stephanie has valuable background experiences in Accounting and Real Estate Investment. As matter of fact, she worked as a Junior Accountant in Geneva, Switzerland for several years. She has always been passionate in helping and ensuring that all of her client’s portfolio is satisfied with all kinds of services she provides from preparing financial reports to understanding the commercial property management. After working, she decided to take up MA in International Business and Management at University of Westminster in London, United Kingdom.

Throughout this academic year, Stephanie has developed an interest in Technology and Advertising, where she is ensuring to provide an excellent journey to all users of Adthena’s application.
