One initiative in particular has been so well received that it has become part of Adthena’s core service proposition — the development of a world-class team of customer success experts.

Among the innovative initiatives that have been introduced, is a industry-leading Money Back Guarantee, which promises a 200% return on ROI within 75 days of adoption. Clients who fail to achieve these returns get the entirety of their investment back.

To support this bold strategy, Adthena’s CS team have developed strategies to help clients accurately measure ROI, putting in place 1-2-1 training, best-practice on boarding processes, and an e-learning scheme that enables users to become Adthena Certified after completing the training modules. The platform encourages users to self-serve and trains them on what they need to the know to get the results they need from the Adthena platform.

It’s an honor for Adthena to be nominated for the Stevie awards, and it is great recognition for Adthena’s fantastic Customer Success Team.

Join us on the 22nd February for the ceremony, and remember to vote for Adthena for the People’s Choice Stevie!
