Adthena is delighted to declare that we have won the Best Research Initiative by a Software Platform at the 2018 Search Engine Land Awards.

Our team members in Seattle attended The Search Engine Land Awards on June 12th. The ‘Landys’ were created to recognize greatness in SEO, SEM/PPC advertising, as well as mobile search marketing, cross-channel action for non-profits, small to medium businesses and large enterprises. We were also nominated for The CoDIE awards on the same night.

This is a great achievement for us, we are so glad we have come this far as a team. Our Google Shopping Report that we were awarded for shows the degree to which Google Shopping ads (or PLAs), have become the most popular ad format for retail advertisers, with ad spend now far in excess of text ads in retail categories. Adthena’s patented machine learning technology was used to categorize competitive search terms; a convolutional neural network, trained on massive existing datasets was utilized to map a dataset of search terms to Google’s defined Adwords taxonomies.

Upcoming is The EGR Marketing and Innovation Awards on June 20th that gives recognition to those who have tried to bring something brand new in Online Gaming which we are also nominated for.

Being acknowledged for our technology and research into so many different sectors is a great accomplishment. Adthena’s continued development and commitment to getting to actionable insights with speed is something we are committed to.
