We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Antoine Puigdellivol, our recently promoted Commercial CSM Lead (EMEA/US).
Antoine joined Adthena six years ago as a Customer Success Manager in London and has since played an important role supporting clients across global markets. Today, he leads the Commercial Customer Success team across EMEA and the US from France, a journey that reflects the career progression and location mobility we champion at Adthena.
How did you first get your start in Customer Success, and what was it about the commercial side of the industry that captured your interest?
“I first got my start in Customer Success when I joined Adthena in 2020, previous to which I was working in a Media Agency in the PPC team. What immediately stood out to me about the CS role was how unique the role is in sitting at the intersection of customer relationships, strategy, and commercial impact. I really like the fact you’re not just supporting customers, but also helping them grow and succeed.
The commercial side appealed to me because it combines problem solving with measurable business outcomes. Being able to understand a customer’s goals, connect them with the right solutions, and ultimately contribute to their growth makes the work incredibly rewarding.”
Looking back on your journey, what’s been the most rewarding part of evolving alongside Adthena?
“The most rewarding part has been growing alongside the company and seeing how both the team and the product have evolved over time. Being part of that journey and now having the opportunity to support the team, helping customers unlock value from our platform has been incredibly fulfilling.
Also, seeing team members develop, customers achieve real commercial outcomes, and knowing that you’ve helped shape that progress is something I’m proud of.”
You’ve successfully moved your role from our London HQ to France. How has this move shaped the way you lead and stay connected with a global team?
“Moving from London to France has definitely changed the way I approach my role and communication in a positive way. It has reinforced the importance of intentional communication as well as staying connected with the team across locations and time zones.
Working remotely has pushed me to be more structured in how I organise myself, and also how I support the team – from regular check-ins to creating space for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
It’s also given me a stronger appreciation for the global nature of our team and customers, which ultimately helps me support with a broader perspective.”
Do you have any advice for new Adthenians coming onboard to help them build a long-term career here?
“‘My advice would be to stay curious and take advantage of the opportunity to learn from the people around you. Adthena has a lot of talented individuals across different teams, and there’s always something new to learn.
It’s also important to take ownership early on. And if you see an opportunity to improve something or contribute beyond your role, don’t be afraid to step forward and get involved.”
As an Adthenian we live by four values, which one resonates with you the most and why?
“Smart and always improving” definitely resonates with me the most. Working in a fast moving industry means we constantly need to evolve how we work, how we support customers, and how we use data to drive better decisions.
Staying curious, open to feedback, and committed to learning is essential for long-term success.”
What’s your go-to productivity hack?
“My go-to productivity hack is prioritizing the most important tasks early in the day before meetings start to take over the calendar.
I also try to keep a very clear structure for my week – blocking time for strategic work, team support, and customer priorities so nothing important gets lost in the day-to-day.”
What are your passions or hobbies outside of work?
“Outside of work I enjoy hiking and going on long nature walks with our son and dog. Living in France has definitely encouraged me to spend more time outdoors and explore the local countryside, and we’re lucky to have lots of nice hiking trails right at our doorstep.
I also enjoy going to the beach and snorkeling, which is a great way to relax and switch off after a busy week.”
What is your favorite travel spot in the world, and where is next on your bucket list?
“One of my favorite places to travel to is Rome. I really love the culture and all of the history there – it feels like stepping back in time. Also, and importantly, the food, which is some of my favorite.
Next on the list is to go camping, and we’re planning a camping trip to Switzerland this summer which I am really excited about.”
